The infamous Northabout sailing vessel made an award winning 4,500 mile journey through the White Sea Canal through Russia and around Scandinavia in 2013. The stories from this trip are well overdue to be shared in Kinvara, where two of the crew included local men Colm and Michael Brogan. Come to Tully’s Bar in Kinvara on Thursday March 7th to learn about sailing in the northern latitudes and gain some insight into some of the historical tragedies based within the Gulag Archipelago.
