Greenshine on stage at the Gig Room, Community Centre, Kinvara on 11th November next. Greenshine’s latest album New Moon has been described by Liam Murphy, Arts Correspondent for the Munster Express as another milestone in the career of the Cork-based folk and contemporary trio – Mary Greene, her husband Noel Shine (multi-instrumentalist) and daughter Ellie: “It also marks another confident step in Mary’s reputation as an astute songwriter. She has established interest and respect for her family-oriented songs that deal with relevant and contemporary concerns that are heartfelt and inspirational.” Christy Moore had high praise for “The Sound of a Family immersed in music, tight in harmony, in love with song. Shine on Greenshine.” Greenshine will perform in the GiG Room, Kinvara Community Centre, 8pm Saturday 11 November (€20).
